Welcome to Glory Days Equestrian

Glory Days Equestrian is a professional English riding program specializing in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, and Dressage. Newly located in Renton, WA, at beautiful Hothi Family Ranch, we provide top-tier lessons for beginners to advanced riders. Our program includes participation in notable horse shows and clinics throughout Washington, and comprehensive instruction in all aspects of equine care.

For those new to riding, we have a selection of reliable lesson horses and ponies. For more experienced riders ready to lease or purchase their own horse, we offer full or half training and leasing options. Our facility features tailored full-care board in spacious stalls, pasture turnout from 9am-4pm daily, an enclosed indoor arena, well-lit outdoor arena, and individual tack lockers for each horse.

Meet The Trainer

Anna Steinle, owner and trainer of Glory Days Equestrian, began her equestrian journey in Tulsa, Oklahoma, taking lessons from the age of five. Her deep understanding of horse training began as a working student at the age of nine, where she honed her skills by assisting her instructors and trainers in developing green school horses into safe, reliable mounts for beginner riders. Anna's passion for professional horse training was sparked during these formative years. She later purchased two green-broke Arabians, training them to advanced levels. Glory Days Equestrian is named after one of these special horses. Anna’s history with less-than-perfect horses has made her a top destination for the “reject” horses, who need a fresh start and quiet, compassionate training. Each of Glory Days’ lesson horses came to Anna’s program with very little training, and have become safe, kind mounts through careful, kind training.

Anna's philosophy encourages clients to invest in horses within their means and that align with their goals, emphasizing the importance of training both horse and rider to foster lasting partnerships built on trust and commitment.

Philosphy: Where Family Values Meet Training Excellence

Founded in 2016 with just one lesson horse, Glory Days Equestrian has grown into a nurturing, family-friendly environment dedicated to developing confident riders proficient in all aspects of horsemanship, from barn management to competition. Riders are expected to learn comprehensive horse care, not just to ride and leave. We pride ourselves on teaching the full spectrum of equine care and tailoring each lesson to the individual goals and needs of each horse and rider. Our program also emphasizes a healthy mind-body connection, incorporating mindfulness, body awareness, and a thoughtful approach to how our body mechanics influence our horses.

As Glory Days continues to grow, Anna remains committed to ongoing education to provide the highest level of instruction. Recent accolades include being named Lake Washington Saddle Club Trainer of the Year, coaching an IEA National qualifying riders two seasons in a row, and leading our high school IEA team to a 2nd place finish in the Zone. Anna regularly trains under nationally recognized trainers and clinicians to further her education. Each year, we strive to raise the standard of excellence.
